Day 1 - Departure from US Gateway airport to TEL AVIV

When you arrive at TEL AVIV Airport, our representative would be there to welcome you & lodge you at the confirmed hotel.

Day 2 – Arrival to Ben Gurion airport

Meeting Guide and assistance through customs; and transfer to deluxe air-conditioned sightseeing bus start program by drive to Caesarea, the Roman city, built by Herod the Great. Here we visit the restored ancient Roman Theatre, the ancient Aqueduct and the Hippodrome. Continue, along the Mediterranean to Haifa, one of Israel’ largest ports and a beautiful city on the slopes of Mt. Carmel. See the Bahai Temple with its hanging Persian Garden. Drive up Mount Carmel to Muhraqa, where Elijah defeated the prophets of Baal. Proceed to Tiberias and your hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 3 –TIBERIAS

After breakfast drive to Sepphoris (Tzippori), Capital of Galilee in Jesus’ day. Visit an absolutely beautiful ancient synagogue. Proceed to Nazareth Village for an exhibition of daily life in Jesus’ time. Drive to Megiddo (the site of Armageddon). Continue to Yardenit, the Baptismal Site on the Jordan River for those wanting to be baptized. Dinner and overnight.

Day 4 –TIBERIAS

After breakfast drive in the direction of north, toward the Golan Heights. The first stop is at Tel Dan where Jeroboam’s golden altar was located. Proceed to Caesarea Philippi (Banias), site of Peter’s great confession. Drive towards the Sea of Galilee area. Take a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, docking at Nof Ginosar, to see a boat that was made in Jesus’ day. Continue to Capernaum, the town of Jesus and the ruins of the ancient synagogue where Jesus preached. Proceed to Mount of Beatitudes and see a very beautiful Italianate Church. Return to your hotel.Dinner and overnight

Day 5 – EIT SHE'AN/JERUSALEM

After breakfast leave Tiberias and drive along Jordan Valley to Beit She’an and see the recently excavated Roman Amphitheatre. After a brief stop at Gideon’s spring, continue along Jordan River Valley past Jericho, one of the oldest towns on earth toward Jerusalem. A short side trip will bring us to the overlook of the Old Jericho Road and the Monastery of the Good Samaritan. Drive straight to Mt. Zion and see the room of the last Supper and traditional tomb of King David. Arrive at your hotel in Jerusalem. Dinner and overnight.

Day 6 – JERUSALEM

After breakfast drive to Israel Museum and Shrine of the Book. View the famous Dead Sea Scrolls found in the caves of Qumran and exhibited there. See the Holy Land Model and drive to Mt. of Olives; we walk down to the chapel that commemorates our Lord weeping over Jerusalem. Finally, we come to the Garden of Gethsemane with its ancient Olive Trees. Proceed to the Garden Tomb. Drive to Yad Vashem, memorial to victims of Nazi Holocaust. Continue to Bethlehem and see the Church of Nativity with its grottos. Wander around Manger Square and drive back to Dinner and overnight.

Day 7 – JERUSALEM

After breakfast drive to the walls of the Old City and enter through one of its gates. Walk along Via Dolorosa with its 14 Stations of the Cross. Visit the Church of Saint Ann and the Pool of Bethesda. Arrive to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the holiest Shrine in the Christendom. Proceed to the Western Wall, also known as the Wailing Wall, a sacred place for the Jewish people. Walk through the Jewish Quarter and Cardo Maxima (ancient Roman road) and leave the walls of the Old City. Drive to Mt. Zion. See the Room of the Last Supper and traditional tomb of King David. hotel . Dinner and overnight.

Day 8 - JERUSALEM

After breakfast drive to Temple Mount. Visit the Davidson Centre and proceed to the Western Wall tunnel; continue towards the Dead Sea area, the lowest spot on earth, over 400 m below the sea level. Drive to Massada, the last stronghold of Jews against the Romans in the 2nd Temple period. Ascend and descend by cable car. Drive to Ein Gedi, the oasis in the Judean Desert. On to Nahal David(David’ spring.). Take a “dip” into the salty waters of the Dead Sea ans continue towards Tel Aviv Jaffa. Dinner and rest

Transferred to Airport for check-in. – We arrive home with unforgettable memories to cherish always. Knowing we have walked in the footsteps of Jesus and the early Christians will bring new meaning to our Scripture.
